Demolition, site work and new construction of an educational facility in Wellington Station, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the construction of a 118,985-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.

Construction of a new Ecole Evangeline School to replace the existing Ecole Evangeline. It is the intent to construct the new building on the same site as the existing Ecole Evangeline in Abram-Village, PEI. The space program (which has been finalized) will allow for an enrollment of 225 students, housing grades K-12, in order to meet projected population in the area and the historical enrollment of the past number of years. The space program also includes a number of other user groups that have also occupied space within the existing Ecole Evangeline building over a number of years: The Commission Scolaire de la Langue Francaise (CSLF) main offices, the Conseil scolairecommunautaire Evangeline (Community Center) main offices and the Academie d'exploration Evangeline Early Years Center (EYC). This proposal call covers the provision of Construction Management services for the construction of the new Ecole Evangeline including spaces as outlined in the attached Appendix B - New Ecole Evangeline Final Space Program (New School), the demolition of the existing Ecole Evangeline School and the construction of all associated staff, visitor and bus parking lots, bus drop-off areas, student drop-off areas, outdoor learning spaces, sports fields and establishment of green space designated areas. Construction of the new school is scheduled to commence in the spring/summer of 2025 with the occupancy of the new building in the Summer of 2027 and completion of the project (demolition of the old school and balance of the site work) by the Winter of 2027-2028.
