Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in San Francisco, California. Working plans call for the construction of a 16,000-square-foot fire / police facility.

To protect against sea-level rise and earthquakes, the City of San Francisco is building a new approximately 16,000 GSF Fire Station on top of a floating barge at piers 22.5 / 24 (just north of the Bay Bridge) in San Francisco. Project consists of a new steel barge (Not in this bid request) with vehicle and pedestrian access ramps and a two story building that will provide berthing for three Fire Boats, small craft storage and launching, dive equipment, ambulance access and living quarters for Fire crews and officers. The actual construction will be at Treasure Island on the new barge. Once the building is complete, the barge will be towed to pier 22.5/24 for final placement. 3/21/2019 : Trades in this bid request Include: Structural steel, Metal decking, Stairs, and Misc. Metals.
