Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a civil project in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.

The project includes intersection improvements, traffic signal improvements, a road diet, street lighting, roundabouts, and a raised intersection. The project will be managed by the City Engineer. Wallace Montgomery & Associates, LLP is the design firm. The City may elect to use a third-party construction inspection firm on this project. Bids will be considered valid for a period of 60 days. A pre-bid meeting details will be posted electronically Requests for clarification are due Wednesday, December 30, 2020 4:00:00 PM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)]. The length of Contract No. VZ2020.04 will be from February 1, 2021 to October, 15 2022 15% MBE; 2% WBE. Removal, Storage, and Resetting of Miscellaneous Site Features including but not limited to Mail Drop Boxes, News Paper Stands, Bike Racks, and Trash Cans. Removal of existing lighting system. This work is furnishing, placement, and maintenance of weighted sediment filter tubes of the type indicated in the Construction Documents. This work is the removal of an existing vehicular signal head and all associated wiring. This work is the removal and disposal of structure mounted flat sheet aluminum signs and hardware This work is programming the existing video detection cameras to provide video detection (zones) The engineer estimate for this project is approximately 5.5 to 6 Million. This is provided as an estimate only and has no binding effect on the project/contract.
