As of March 27, 2023, this project was awarded to Fury Site Works, Inc. Awarded amount of $4,596,469.49. The work to be performed includes improvements along approximately 850 feet of 12th Ave NW and 400 feet along 17th Ave NW with addition of a right turn pocket on 17th Ave NW and an additional left turn lane and widening to include sidewalks and bike lanes along 12th Ave NW; construction of retaining walls, traffic signal, water, sewer, and stormwater facilities. Work includes wetland and wetland buffer impacts and restoration with requirements defined by Project permits. Proposals shall be on forms included in the contract docu-ments and shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond (with an authorized surety com-pany as surety), made payable to the City of Issaquah, in an amount not less than 5% of the amount of the bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the time announced for the opening, or before the award and execution of the contract, unless the award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty-five (65) days. The City of Issaquah, in accor-dance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvan-taged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discrim-inated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
