Previous solicitation listed below for reference: The City of Issaquah Parks and Community Services Department is soliciting qualifications from experienced landscape architect(s) to assist in the design of the Citys first permanent dog park (a 0.6-acres site) along the Rainier Trail just south of the Issaquah Community Center. The scope of work includes community engagement, a complete design package including any necessary studies required for land use and construction permits, the creation of construction bid documents including specifications, State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) documentation, bid support, and construction management services. Funding available for the Dog Park design and construction management services contract is not-to-exceed Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00). Interested consultants must be properly licensed and/or registered to provide the requested services in the State of Washington.
