The City seeks qualified consultants to provide wetland and fish and wildlife habitat conservation areas reviews associated with implementation of the Issaquah Municipal Code (IMC) Title 18. Work will include review of reports submitted by applicants as part of various land use applications and building permits. It is the firm's responsibility to develop and provide qualifications for the work as described. The firm will need to extrapolate from this scope additional tasks and actions needed to reach the desired services. The following scope includes, but are not limited to: Review of wetland and stream delineation reports, buffer enhancement plans, wetland monitoring and mitigation plans. Review of habitat management plans. Review of other similarly related environmental documentation for the purpose of evaluating whether these proposals meet the City's Critical Areas Ordinance and Shoreline Master Program regulations under Issaquah Municipal Code Title 18. Review of restoration and/or mitigation for impacts to a critical area and buffer resulting from development activity. Attend public hearings or meetings, as necessary on projects that impact a wetland and/or stream. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
