Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Nampa, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include a roughly 18,200SF single-story psychiatric hospital and associated site work located in Nampa, Idaho on the campus of Southwest Idaho Treatment Center (SWITC). The building occupancy and construction type are classified as an I-2 and IIB, respectively, as defined by the 2015 International Building Code. The primary structure is structural metal framing, cold-formed metal framing, steel joists and deck with a combination of CMU veneer and metal panel cladding. The interior is to be completely built-out and will include limited furnishings and equipment as drawn and specified in the Construction Documents. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
