Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Breslau, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 80,000-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The Waterloo Region District School Board, herein after referred to as the "Board" would be pleased to receive a bid for Tender# 26-7811-RFT New Breslau Hopewell Crossing Elementary School and Child Care. The site is in a new sub-division in the Town of Breslau in the Township of Woolwich, in the regional municipality of Waterloo, on the south-west corner of the Loxleigh Lane and Lasby Lane intersection. The two storey school will be designed for JK to Grade 8. The new school is to accommodate 19 classrooms, 1 special education room, 5 kindergarten classrooms, music room, art room, science and technology rooms, administration centre, library, double gym including change rooms and washrooms.
