Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project involves the reconstruction of the intersection at 84th Street and Indian Hills Drive and 84th Street and Dodg e Street. The Project will include pavement removal and installation, grading, retaining walls, sidewalks, and signalization. This project requires submission of an Economic Equity and Inclusion Plan (EEIP). This project has an SEB reserve for ESB and SB Tier 1 and Tier 2 categories for 5% of the total bid amount. The Contractor (General Contractor only) shall be prequalified by the Nebraska Department of Roads with a Class 3 - Concrete Pavement or Class 10 - General designation at the time of bidding. Any proposals received from General Contractors that are not pre-qualified at the time proposals are received will be rejected.
