Site work and renovation of a civil project in Fountain Valley, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project will replace or rehabilitate a portion of the sewers and manholes located in Sanitation District's northwestern service area. The work will be completed under three construction contracts. The Orange Western Sub-Trunk Rehabilitation covers approximately 13,000 feet of pipe, the Los Alamitos Trunk Sewer Rehabilitation covers approximately 34,000 feet, and the Cypress Trunk Sewer Rehabilitation covers approximately 32,000 feet. These sewers are located primarily within public rights of way in the Cities of Seal Beach, Los Alamitos, Cypress, Anaheim, Buena Park, and La Palma. As of August 19, 2021, the project is under construction. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
