New High School, for the Valley Springs School District in Valley Springs, AR. A bid security (Bid Bond) of 5% for proposals greater than $100,000 is required to be included with the proposal. Project Description: This is a project that consists of concrete, polished concrete, masonry, structural steel supply, structural steel install, millwork, waterproofing, metal panels, translucent panels, roofing, storefront, doors and hardware, metal stud framing, drywall, commercial flooring, paint, specialties, elevators, fire suppression, MEP, and sitework. All bids shall be submitted in accordance with all state, regulatory and licensing requirements and all requirements of the Construction Manager's Manual. To be considered, bidders must be licensed on day of bid. Nabholz Construction Services and the Valley Springs School District reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid. Nabholz Construction Services encourages all small, minority-owned, women-owned, or disadvantaged business enterprises to submit bids for this project.
