This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Women Owned Small Business concerns. NAICS 236220, size standard - $45M. The construction magnitude is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. A site visit is being held on 1 May, 2024 at 10:00 AM CST. See clause 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) - Alternate I for detailed instructions. Bids are to be submitted via email only. Please refer to Provision entitled "Instructions to Bidders and Other Information - Sealed Bid" for detailed instructions. Bonds required as stated in Block 12. A 20% bid guarantee is required (refer to "Bid Package" section in the solicitation. Performance and payment bonds required. All questions shall be received no later than 5 calendar days following the organized site visit (or the following Monday/workday if the fifth day falls on a weekend or holiday) to be considered. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The comfortstation and liftstation at Tyler Bend within Buffalo NationalRiverway are in need ofremoval due to recurringflooding and maintenance issues. The comfortstation, liftstation, and appurtenances close to the river will be removed and a new liftstation andforce main installedfrom the remaining comfortstation to the sanitary sewersystem. The existing cutoffwall, riprap, and debris in the launch area will be removed as they are nofunctioning and have become a hazard to the users. The existing road to the launch will be reconfigured with a new roadway loop constructed connecting to the parking lot.
