The City of Harrison is requesting Sealed Bids from qualified licensed contractors to execute the scope of work for Downtown Harrison, AR street improvements to upgrade pedestrian way to Main Street between Rush Ave and Prospect. All Bid Proposals must be submitted on an unaltered or modified copy of the Bid Forms provided in the project manual. Bidders may photocopy these forms. The entire manual does not need to be submitted with the bids. Faxed Bid Proposals, Phone Quotes, and Email Quotes will not be accepted. A 5% Bid Bond or Cashier s Check is required. Bids must include the cost of Performance Bond and Payment Bond. Bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas licensing laws and regulations for contractors and shall be licensed before a bid is submitted. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any formalities. **Document Notes: Hard copies of the Project Manual and Drawings may also be purchased for a non-refundable fee at the PRINTSHOP.
