Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Harrison, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 15,326-square-foot clubhouse / community center.

The project generally includes renovations to the 15,326 sq. ft. Camp Jack Facility located at 411 S. Pine St., Harrison, AR including but not limited to roofing, repairs to existing masonry and stone, floor plan modifications, HVAC systems, bathrooms, ceilings, electrical systems, flooring, fire suppression and alarm, and other improvements to the existing building. This project is being funded in whole or in part by the FY2022 Community Project Funding (CPF) Program. Federal requirements will apply to the contract: Bidders on this work will be required to comply with Section 109 and E.O. 11246 which prohibits discrimination in employment regarding race, creek, color, sex, or national origin. Bidders must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Anti-Kickback Act, and Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act. The City of Harrison is committed to and supportive of efforts to effectively maintain and/or increase the use of Small and Minority/Women-Owned Business and Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) contract participation for Construction Projects, services (including professional and consulting services) and commodities purchases, AND increase contract participation to offer employment, training and contracting opportunities in accordance with Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 (24 C.F.R Part 135). This project is subject to Build America, Buy America (BABA) provisions from Title IX of the IIJA, Public Law 117-58.
