Site work for a water / sewer project in Gilbert, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The proposed project will consist of waterline replacements within the Tankersley North and the Tankersley South areas. Exhibit 1 illustrates the North and South areas and their Land Uses per the Maricopa County Assessor. Tankersley North is generally bound by Frye Road to the north, Higley Road to the east, Pecos Road to the south, and Greenfield Road and Santan Village Parkway to the west. The majority of this portion of the project lies within a Maricopa County island. Tankersley South is generally bound by Pecos Road and Mercy Road to the north, Greenfield Road to the east, Germann Road to the south, and Coronado Road (156th Street) to the west. This portion of the project falls within the Town of Gilbert. The Town of Gilbert seeks a qualified Project Management/Construction Management (PM/CM) firm experienced with Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project delivery to provide, PM and CM design phase and construction phase services for the WA1180 Tankersley Waterline Replacement (Area 1 -North) project. The subject property area boundaries are generally described as follows: Tankersley Area 1 (North) - bounded by Frye Road on the north, Greenfield Road on the west, Higley Road on the east, and by Pecos Road on the south Construction will include but is not limited to replacement and upsizing of existing infrastructure, replacement and/or abandonment of existing water pipelines, installation of new 8-inch and larger water pipelines, residential water services and meters. Specific services will include but are not limited to: 1. Design & Construction Phase Progress Meetings. 2. Existing document review, site review assessing proposed and existing facilities, service area survey, flow testing and pressure monitoring analysis as applicable. 3. Permitting Assistance. Agency and utility location coordination. 4. Water meter and water service relocation/installation coordination with Landowners and or Homeowners. 5. Public Information, Outreach, Land/Home Owner Water Service Installation including CMAR coordination meetings. 6. Land, Easement, Temporary Construction Easement Acquisition and Right of Entry Agreement tracking and coordination 7. Design milestone progress Construction Cost Estimates. 8. Prioritization of project work items in terms of construction costs and sequencing/phasing. 9. Recommendations regarding schedule/project budget/GMP at milestone progress submittals and Final Approved Construction Document submittals. 10. Assist in CMAR GMP Development through cost reviews and recommendations. Construction start: 2020 Construction completion: 2021 One (1) original and six (6) paper copies of the SOQ, together with one (1) electronic copy on a USB flash drive as a single .pdf document that is PC readable, labeled and not password protected, must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: SOQ for PM/CM Services: Project Name: Waterline Replacement - Tankerlsey, CIP Project Number: WA1180, Contract Number: 319001230.
