Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Nelson House, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The works for this project include the construction of a new 736 sq m water treatment plant with a pre-engineered steel building and a below-ground concrete reservoir, all mechanical/electrical works related to the new water treatment equipment, new piping and associated works, a new 72 sq m wood frame truckfill building, demolition of the existing water treatment plant, and approximately 4000 m of water piping, 1300 m of gravity sewer mainline, 2050 m of sewer forcemain, 41 water and sewer service lines, 2500 cubic meters of bedrock removal, 3 pipe water crossings and a new raw water intake, and 1600 m of gravel road construction.
