Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Nelson House, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the construction of a 54,000-square-foot, two-story above grade medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Work of this Contract is comprised of construction of a 3163 m2 main floor plus 376 m2 service space Health Facility, inclusive of clinic/exam spaces, office spaces, community spaces and a 1466 m2 total area two storey wood framed staff accommodations building, located in Nelson House, Manitoba. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to structural, landscaping, mechanical and electrical systems, and civil work. Owner would like project completed within a 26 month construction schedule or earlier if possible.
