Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Concord, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The Farmwood Blvd. Culvert Replacement Project consists of the removal of the existing dual 90-in corrugated metal pipe and the installation of 62 linear feet of dual 14'Wx7'H precast concrete box culvert, cast in place headwalls and associated services on Farmwood Blvd, Concord NC along Wolf Meadow Brach a tributary to Coddle Creek. It includes removal and replacement of the existing 8" sanitary sewer and roadway pavement reconstruction and other appurtenances. Sealed Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by the City of Concord (Owner) at the location below until the date and time specified below. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Submit ALL questions by email to Crystal Allman, (allmanc@concordnc.gov) before 5:00 PM EDT on December 22, 2025.
