As of August 13, 2019, the construction has started. *The following has been preserved for historical reference: The Falls Church City School Board (“FCCPS”) (herein described as “Owner”) desires to contract with an experienced and qualified Private Entity and is conducting this procurement pursuant to The Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act of 2002 (PPEA), as amended, and the Falls Church City Public Schools PPEA Guidelines as approved on July 14, 2015. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit detailed-phase proposals for the design and construction of a new George Mason High School located at 7124 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, VA 22043.
