Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility.
Provide construction manager/general contractor (CM/GC) services on the Portland International Airport Terminal Core Redevelopment (TCORE) project. The services shall be provided in two phases: 1. Initial GMP Services: During planning and design of the project, advise the Port and designconsultants and provide other services such as conducting constructability reviews, preparingcost estimates including one that will be the basis of the Guaranteed Maximum Price(GMP), providing value engineering suggestions, preparing phasing plans, assisting withdevelopment of the BIM implementation plan, and developing a critical path constructionschedule. 2. Public Improvement/Construction Services: Management of construction subcontractbidding and completion of the construction work within the GMP and project schedule.Award of this construction services phase will be contingent upon successful partneringand performance during the initial GMP services phase, and successful negotiation of anamendment establishing the scope of construction services and the GMP. Construction is underway and opening is scheduled for 2025. Total construction budget is $950,000,000.
