The purpose of this Invitation to Bid ("ITB" or "Solicitation") is to obtain competitive Bids from qualified Contractors (Bidder) interested in providing installation services for Portland Community Colleges Mass Notification System. This is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875. The applicable Prevailing Wage Rates are the Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon effective January 1, 2022 and the Prevailing Wage Rate Amendments effective April 1, 2022. The work will take place in Multnomah and Washington counties, Oregon. Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring that Portland Community College receives its Bid.
