Portland Public Schools (District) is soliciting proposals from professional consulting firms (Consultant) to provide project management and construction management services. The consultant must be able to assist the District on the capital improvement project to relocate the Harriet Tubman Middle School (HTMS) to a new location that has yet to be determined. The District is currently involved in the process of selecting a suitable site for the new school, and has been working with two design firms to assist in this process. There is also a robust community engagement piece that is underway. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
