The contract contemplated consists of performing inspections, routine maintenance, repairs and other work as requested by owner on moveable partitions and related items. Contract may be requested by facilities to supply parts for owner installation. The term of the contract is anticipated to be August 2022 through August 2027. Metro reserves the right to award additional contracts from this ITB during the above stated term. Metro reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids in whole or in part and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of Metro.
