Demolition and renovation of a stadium in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; and for the demolition of a stadium.

Design, building, financing and regular maintenance of the Montreal Olympic Stadium new roofing. The project consists of replacing the roof of the Olympic Stadium in Montreal, which has reached the end of its useful life and shows several problems of obsolescence. Following the work, the Stadium will be able to fulfill its full vocation by holding activities throughout the year. Thus, the addition of activities should generate additional economic benefits. The roof replacement project will be divided into three packages: the dismantling of the current roof, dismantling and replacement of the technical ring and construction of a new roof. TIMELINE: The design/build contract was awarded to the consortium Groupe Construction Pomerleau-Canam - GCPC S.E.N.C. - including seven companies: - Pomerleau; - Groupe Canam; - Walter P. Moore; - Enclos Tensile structures; - Lemay; - ACDF Architectes and - Vitreco, mebre du Groupe Flynn.
