The successful Contractor shall perform all construction activities and provide all construction management, necessary tools, equipment, materials, fuel, insurance, personnel, and supervision to complete the Project as described herein. The successful Contractor shall fulfill the obligations of any Contract resulting from this IFB at the direction of the County and follow accordingly all federal, state and local regulations. The Fire Station Co. 6 Bunkroom Addition shall be completed by the Contractor within 360 calendar days as measured from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The date which is 330 calendar days past the Notice to Proceed shall be the Contract Substantial Completion date. Thirty (30) days past substantial completion shall be final completion.
