Site work and renovation of a civil project in Walden, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of 9/23/2020 the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. A dam rehabilitation construction project (Project) at North Michigan Creek Dam (Dam). The Dam is located in State Forest State Park in Jackson County, Colorado, and is owned and operated by CPW for recreational purposes. The Projects principle rehabilitation tasks are to: construct an internal drainage system in the Dams right abutment; remove and replace the 20-foot-wide concrete chute spillway; rehabilitate elements of the Dams outlet works, including the outlet conduit which is comprised of 30-inch-diameter corrugated metal pipe. Maximum cost of construction is estimated at $7 million. For additional information or questions on the Project, contact Nicole Young, P.E.
