HPSF, replace or repair roof on visitor center Service Start : 9/27/2022 Service End : 6/30/2024 The project consists of existing roof removal, limited deck replacement, underlayment, and roof replacement on the Moose Visitor Center building at State Forest State Park. Alternate bid is to repair and replace existing roof and deck replacement and then apply an acrylic elastomeric roof coating. Decking repair Bidder is not required to bid base bid AND alternate but must bid at least one completely. All work shall be in compliance with these specifications and construction drawings. Location- Project Location: 56750 Hwy 14 Walden, CO 80480 Submittals shall include the ice and watershield, and the roof panels. The Contractor shall submit a written demolition plan that addresses how operations at the Visitor Center will be maintained during the demolition and roofing work. Once the damaged roof panels are removed, there will be approximately 480 sq ft of decking to be repaired and replaced prior to the new roof being installed. Payment will be made at the unit bid price. This bid item includes all labor, materials, equipment, and incidental costs to remove damaged decking and install new decking and support as necessary.
