Site work and paving for a civil project in Sugar Land, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Soldiers Field Extension to SH6 and First Colony Roundabout project will involve constructing A right turn lane on SH6 onto the proposed Soldiers Field Extension. Removal of the existing Soldiers Field Cul-De-Sac. Construct approximately 1,000 LF of 2-lane roadway from the existing Cul-De-Sac to SH6 Construct a two lane roundabout at the intersection of Soldiers Field and First Colony Blvd. Water line, storm and Sanitary Sewer improvements within the project limits. The Bidders must submit an Original Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and the Surety with their Bids in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the Bid Performance Bond and Payment Bond. The Contractor must maintain a Performance Bond and Payment Bond meeting the requirements of this Contract in effect for the duration required by this Contract. Questions regarding this bid must be received by 5:00 pm on or before Friday, May 31, 2024. Please submit questions on online City reserves the right to request actual product samples prior to approval. TOTAL ESTIMATED COST OF PROJECT $ 143,546.80
