Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a 170,000-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The Work consists of the phased demolition and removal of the existing facilities at J.D. Smith Middle School and Hartke Park, including existing buildings and existing site improvements, and the phased construction of a 170,000 s.f. multi-story Middle School facility and 8.9 acre park facility. The Middle School facility consists of two (2) one-story buildings and two (2) two-story buildings of concrete masonry structure and interior metal stud construction, and one (1) building of steel post-and-beam and metal stud construction, and site improvements to be located on Clark County School District's property. The park facility consists of one (1) restroom building of concrete masonry construction, and site improvements to be located on City of North Las Vegas property. Contractors Pre-Qualified pursuant NRS 338.1379 intending to bid this project must attend the mandatory prebid conference to be held on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, and start promptly at 10:00 am at Capital Program Office, 1180 Military Tribute Place, Henderson, Nevada 89074. Late arrivals may not be eligible to bid as a Prime Contractor. Bidders must provide their most current letter of pre-qualification issued by the Clark County School District and all information listed in Part 5 of Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders.
