Site work and renovation of a civil project in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work generally includes, but is not limited to: (a) Thornton Park Pump Station: Replacement of pump discharge piping, and installation of two mixer pumps, and associated electrical work; (b) Terminal Central Pump Station : Installation of a flow meter on the discharge piping outside of the station between two existing chambers and associated electrical work; (c) Charleson Park Pump Station: Complete replacement of one mixer pump including guiderails and associated electrical work and replacement of the existing flow meter outside of the station. The City may split the award so that contracts to complete only Subset One - Thornton Park Pump Station Pump Repairs, or to complete Subset One - Thornton Park Pump Station Pump Repairs, Subset Two - Terminal Central Pump Station Repairs and Subset Three - Charleson Park Pump Station Repairs all together - are awarded to a single Tenderer. As a result, Tenderers are requested to submit both an offer to complete all of the Work, as well as separate offers to complete individual projects.
