This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the BCC VCC Parkade Renewal 1 Project. The Health Organization is aiming to renew the BC Cancer Agency Parkade located at 650 West 10th Avenue, Vancouver, BC. Based on the Parkade Evaluation conducted by RJC Engineers in 2021, multiple repairs are recommended to be implemented, which can be summaries as follows: Phase 1: - Repair on top surface of both levels 2, and 1b - Underside (soffit) repairs of both levels 2, and 2b - Associated vertical concrete surfaces repair - Associated drainage repairs and electrical remediation.
