Reference Number 00003336107 Source ID SCRIBE B.C. Pavilion Corporation (" PavCo"), the owner and operator of BC Place Stadium (" BC Place"), requires two (2) scopes of cleaning services: 1) post-event cleaning service and 2) supplemental event cleaning services (pre-event and event-time cleaning services), for the stadium at 777 Pacific Boulevard, Vancouver, British Columbia. BC Place is seeking proposals from qualified Proponents to provide either one scope or both scopes of services to meet BC Place's cleaning requirements. Proponents will need to clearly identify which scope of work is included in the proposal. PavCo will select one or more qualified Proponents to enter in Contract. The term of the contract will be for an initial term of three years with an option to renew for two additional two-year terms.
