Construction of 76 new supportive homes for people experiencing homelessness. SIte address: 2920 Renfrew St (formerly 2928-2930 Renfrew St). TIMELINE: A development permit was previously approved for the project. All other timelines are currently unavailable. Further update in early spring 2026. The application was considered under the Renfrew-Collingwood Community Vision. *The Province, in partnership with the City of Vancouver, Lu'ma Native Housing Society and the Federal Government is proposing to create the project. Construction budget is unreleased.
