Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Vancouver, British Columbia. Design plans call for the construction of a 52,083-square-foot, 12-story above grade, 76-unit multi-residential development.
Construction of 76 new supportive homes for people experiencing homelessness. SIte address: 2920 Renfrew St (formerly 2928-2930 Renfrew St). TIMELINE: A development permit was approved subject to conditions being met. All other timelines are undefined at this time and may be confirmed in late fall 2025. The application was considered under the Renfrew-Collingwood Community Vision. *The Province, in partnership with the City of Vancouver, Lu'ma Native Housing Society and the Federal Government is proposing to create the project. Construction budget is unreleased.
