Renovation of a medical facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the BCC VCC - Energy Upgrades with the objective to reduce the building Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions. The project intent is to upgrade the existing heat recovery system at the Vancouver Cancer Centre Building. The project scope includes, but it is not limited to, the installation of a modular heat recovery chiller and the conversion of five (5) passive heat recovery loops into one active heat recovery loop. In addition, multiple heating coils will be replaced, the main heating and cooling plant will be interconnected to the new heat recovery system, and the controls will be upgraded.
