At that time, the bids will be opened, reviewed, and displayed (if accepted). To access the electronic bid form, download the project documents and click the online bidding button at the top of advertisement. The electronic bid form will be available for completion beginning July 31, 2019, or sooner. This is a lump sum contract and is identified as follows: A new concrete skatepark within the existing municipal East Park that will include deeper bowls as well as street elements. Construction will in-clude, but not be limited to, temporary erosion control, site demolition and tree removal, site grading and drainage, concrete formwork and reinforcement, cast-in-place concrete and shotcrete, metal fabri-cation, erosion control, and site restoration. The Contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 61.54, 66.0901, and 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes. \ Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier's check made payable to the OWNER in an amount of five (5) percent of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. If the successful bidder fails to execute the contract and furnish the required bonds within 15 days after the Award, the Bid Security shall be forfeited to OWNER as liquidated damages. \ All Bidders must submit a Qualification Statement and other documents with the Bid (see Instruc-tions to Bidders). Bids shall be submitted on the bid form provided and all blanks must be filled in for the bid to be accepted. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 45 days from the date of the bid opening. Failure to list SUBCONTRACTORS or suppliers may be cause for rejection of the Bid. Bidder awarded a contract for the work shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Pay-ment Bond in the full amount of the contract price. The OWNER has the right to reject any and/or all bids received, to waive any minor defects or irregularities that may be found in the bids, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the OWNER, subject to the provisions of Sections 61.54 and 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
