Renovation of a multi-residential development in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade, 85-unit multi-residential development.
The Metro Vancouver Housing Corporation (MVHC), hereinafter referred to as the "Corporation", invites Proposals for the Construction Management for Services and Construction (At-Risk) for Kingston Gardens Complex. To provide professional Construction Management for Services and Construction (At-Risk) for an 83-unit mixed income rental housing complex at Metro Vancouver Housing Corporation's Kingston Gardens complex in Surrey. Kingston Gardens is a 192 rental unit complex. This project will redevelop 24 units and create 85 new homes all planned to be 100% rental development. Construction Manager has recently closed a sub trade tender for Hazardous Materials Abatement and Demolition on May 16, 2019. Award amount for CM services was not released for publication.
