Renovation of a water / sewer project in West Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The City of West Palm Beach is accepting bids from qualified and responsible Contractors to furnish and assume full responsibility for all labor, material, construction equipment and machinery, transportation, tools, appliances, fuel, power, light, telephone, water, sanitary facilities, temporary facilities and all other facilities and incidentals necessary to perform the improvements at City of West Palm Beach Lift Station 73 and 88 as shown in the construction plans and described in the technical specifications for the project including the costs for all labor, supervision, servicing, taxes, bonds and insurance, permitting fees, traffic control, security, miscellaneous costs, warranties, general conditions, overhead and profit.Bids must be received by the Procurement Department no later than the time indicated above. The time of receipt shall be determined by the time clock located in the Procurement Department. Bidders are responsible for insuring that their bid is stamped by Procurement office personnel by the deadline indicated.Contact by a Bidder (or anyone representing a Bidder) regarding this ITB with the Mayor, any City Commissioner, officer, or City employee other than an employee of the West Palm Beach Procurement Department is grounds for disqualification. As of March 26, 2019, a general contractor has been awarded however a notice to proceed has not been issued. Construction could begin as early as April 2019.
