The scope of work includes reviewing the proposed route concept and developing functional plans and design parameters for Phase 2 of the Suncoaster Trail. This would include an assessment of existing trails, roads or lands within the proposed alignment in terms of condition, barriers, functionality as an active transportation route and geography (ecosystems, natural features and cultural heritage, esthetic values, proximity to urban centres). Site: 55 km from Halfmoon Bay to Langdale. TIMELINE: Plans are complete. Project may be updated when it has been approved to bid for construction. Coverage is discontinued at this time.
