Description

Remodeling and renovation of a municipal facility in Sechelt, British Columbia. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Development of a Corporate Space and Site Planning project for six office and three land locations at the Regional District. The purpose of the project includes, but is not limited to, improving worker morale by improving work space layout; addressing current and short-term, medium-term and long-term space constraints; improving layout and optimizing usage area for exterior land spaces such as roadways, parking areas, storage areas, fueling areas, etc.; and, providing a basic cost estimate for the work for use in Regional District budgeting.
