However, it is unknown if the tanks are completely empty. Please Bid this how you see it. WSDOT does the fish exclusion with the help of the Contractor as needed. Scope of Work 1.Removal and disposal of a one-story commercial building (approximately 1,813 sq. ft.). 2. Removal and disposal of an existing concrete building foundation (slab), backflow preventer slab, hydraulics lifts (quantity: 2). 3. Removal and disposal of all abandoned property remaining on-site and not 44 listed herein. 4. Decommissioning sanitary sewer and water lines as described in this Special Provision. 5. Removal and disposal of cement concrete pavement (approximately 1,200 50 sq. ft.) located above the existing USTs. 6. Removal and disposal of asphalt concrete pavement (approximately 5,250 3 sq. ft.) adjacent to the building. 7. Removal and disposal of two 10,000-gallon USTs and associated piping and apparatuses. 8. Adherence to all regulatory requirements outlined in this Special Provision. 9. Any other requirements outlined in this Special Provision.
