Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Decatur, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The placement of approximately 5,500 tons of Hot-Mix Asphalt and 9,000 square yards of processing soil-cement on various streets in the City of Decatur. There will also be about 2,500 feet of curb and gutter, 13,500 square feet of sidewalk, and 1,000 square yards of Class B patches. There will be alternate bids for additional streets totaling an additional 1,500 tons of Hot-Mix Asphalt if all parts ofall alternate streets are chosen, as well as additional curb and sidewalk work. The work includes pavement removal, utility adjustments, thermoplastic pavement marking, traffic control, landscaping, and other related work items
