SE t.o East. Lakeshore Drive, The project will take place within the City of Lake Stevens. Questions related. to this Request for Bids will be taken via email until July 24, 2019 at 3:00 P.M. All questions and responses will be posted to the City's website. The City of Lake Stevens reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any immaterial irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw its bid after the hour set for the open-ing thereof or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period of sixty (60) days. The City further reserves the right t.o make the bid award as deemed in the best. interest of the City.
