The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) is soliciting Letters of Interest (LOI) from companies interested in providing Design-Build (DB) Services for the S-I15-7(341)295; I-15 NB; Bangerter Highway to I-215. An LOI is mandatory for any DB team's principal participant, intending to submit a proposal on this project. Pending the results of the Environmental Assessment currently underway, the Project may generally consist of: 1. Adding auxiliary lanes to northbound I-15 from Bangerter Highway to 9000 South (Phase 1) 2. Adding northbound collector distributor lanes from 9000 South to I-215 (Phase 1) 3. Widening and constructing structures (Phase 1) 4. Design for future phase of additional collector-distributor from Bangerter Hwy to 9000 South (Phase 2) One DB Team will be selected for the entire project. Interested DB team's lead principal participants must submit an LOI if they anticipate proposing on this project. Interested Proposers are encouraged to review some of the Department's past winning DB SOQs and technical proposals. Review of past SOQs and Proposals must be done in-person at the UDOT Calvin Rampton Complex in Salt Lake City, Utah.
