Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Tampa, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a 97,000-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of April 1, 2019, this project project is in between schematic design and design development and it may be broken into multiple phases. This building is approximately 97,000 sf in size, and was built and occupied in May 1991. It is in need of repairs and renovations, to include: a. Repair of sidewalks, replacement of paving, and other site needs; b. ADA modifications, both interior and exterior; c. Thermal and moisture protection to the exterior of the building; d. HVAC issues such as replacing the air handlers, changing out the constant volume fume hoods with variable volume units, upgrading the control system, and possibly replacing the existing chillers; e. Plumbing modifications associated with ADA compliance; f. Replacement of the electrical switchgear and the emergency generator, replacing exterior light fixtures; adding emergency egress lighting, and possible upgrades/replacement of the fire alarm system; and g. Modernization of the elevators.
