Solicitation No- 05.7011.400 As of March, 26, 2020, a general contractor has been selected. Construction has not started at this time. The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works is inviting Best Value bids from only the following short-listed firms for the Harriman Building Renovation Project: 2H Construction BNBuilders, Inc. Clark Construction J.R. Abbott Construction, Inc Kemp Bros. Construction, Inc. Pinner Construction Co., Inc. Firms that wish to subcontract with one of these firms may do so. Your Low Bid must be addressed and submitted to the Department of Public Works, 900 South Fremont Avenue, Alhambra, .California 91803,Cashiers office located on the Mezzanine Level, on/or before 2 p.m., July 31, 2019. Envelopes should be marked: "Low Bid for Harriman Building Renovation Project." Low Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted.
