Site work and new construction of a parking garage in Medina, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
The Engineer's estimate is $3,800,000.00. Proposals will not be publicly opened and read; proposals will be reviewed, scored and ranked by an evaluation committee. Design-Builders will be required to submit both a Technical proposal and a Cost proposal. Technical proposals must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the Request for Proposal package. Cost proposals must be submitted on the forms provided by the City and placed in a sealed envelope with the name of the Project, the name of the bidder and the bid date and time clearly marked on it. Proposals will only be accepted from Design-Builders previously deemed qualified by the City to submit a proposal. The three (3) Design-Builders previously deemed qualified by the City are CPS Construction Group from Cheswick, PA; Mike Coates Construction Company from Niles, OH; and The Ruhlin Co., from Sharon Center, OH.
