Renovation of a mixed-use development in Boone, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; educational facility; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of selective demolition, trenching, backfill and compaction, and precast manhole installation for 930 linear feet of new high-pressure steam and condensate return installation. Bids will be received for single-prime contract. All proposals shall be lump sum. Bidder's questions will be entertained in writing until 5:00 pm on Monday, February 25, 2019. Address all questions to the designer, Dewberry Engineers Inc. - Attn: Tony Miller Admiller@dewberry.com The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of 30 days. Payment will be made based on ninety-five percent (95%) of monthly estimates and final payment made upon completion and acceptance of work.
