The project consists of selective demolition, trenching, backfill and compaction, and precast manhole installation for 930 linear feet of new high-pressure steam and condensate return installation. Bids will be received for single-prime contract. All proposals shall be lump sum. Bidder's questions will be entertained in writing until 5:00 pm on Monday, February 25, 2019.
