NOTICE TO BIDDERS MASS GRADING PACKAGE AT APPALACHIAN STATE UNIVERSITY Muter + Greene is seeking bids from prequalified contractors only for furnishing of labor, material and equipment for the Mass Grading Package for Appalachian State University’s Housing, Utility Plant, Access Road and CBEAR projects. This package includes clearing and grubbing, erosion control, mass grading, storm drainage and selected utilities for the University’s Innovation District. A pre-bid site visit will be held on May 9 at 11:00 am and bids are due on May 25 at 11:00 am.
