**As of July 22, 2020 This project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Construction of a one-story Pigeon Forge Mass Transit Center.The building consist of 8,407 SF heated space. 2,228 of covered porches 12,578 SF of covered berths. The building consist of passenger waiting area, administrative offices, drink break area, public restrooms, six (6) covered berths and four (4) uncovered berths. The City hereby notifies all bidders that in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded a full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and shall not be discriminated against on the basis of race, religion, sex, age, national origin, or disability in consideration for an award. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept the bid most favorable to the city.
