Insulation Installation (R-4.5); 819 S.Y. P.C.C. Sidewalk (Various Thicknesses); 382 LF of Storm Drain Pipe (Various Types & Sizes); 1,706 LF of Subdrain Pipe (Various Types & Sizes); 11 Footing Drain Services; 23 Storm Drain Manholes (various types); 15 Storm Drain Catch Basins; 1 Oil and Grit Separator; 11 Roadway Luminaires; Landscaping; and related work. ER27118 / WO# 23-1380 / MOA 21-13 All proposed Work is located within the Municipality of Anchorage corporate limits and is more particularly located on Quinhagak Street from E. Dowling Road to Askeland Drive. Work is also located on the side streets along these limits as shown on the Drawings. See Drawings for detailed locations of Work. The Work included under this Contract consists of, but is not limited to: o Reconstructing the roadway with a new insulated roadway structural section and installing high/low spots in the roadway profile as shown on the Drawings. o Reconstructing the adjacent driveways with a new structural section to match the new roadway profile, at locations as shown on the Drawings. o Installing 5-foot wide sidewalks, concrete buffers and curb ramps at locations shown on the Drawings. o Installing a sidewalk type retaining wall at the location shown on the Drawings. o Installing a porous pavement system at the locations shown on the Drawings. o Removing, replacing, and extending the existing storm drain/subdrain system including installing new pipe, storm drain structures, and footing drain services. o Removing, replacing, and extending the existing lighting infrastructure. o Installing topsoil/seeding at locations shown in the Drawings. o Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and other facilities necessary to successfully complete the Work set forth in the Contract Drawings and Specifications. The Municipality of Anchorage reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
